The pool area is really nice, and the happy hour has great drink prices. Room cleanliness could use improvement, with some areas feeling grimy. Parking was easy and service was friendly, but the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

The pool area is lovely, with beautifully landscaped gardens. The room cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Happy hour at the restaurant was a hit. I wish the staff was more attentive, as they seemed overwhelmed.

The hotel is a fantastic base for exploring Santa Barbara, as it's just a few steps from excellent dining options like Nicky D's Wood-Fired Pizza and El Sitio, and only about 2 km from cultural must-sees like the Santa Barbara Museum of Art and the Old Mission Santa Barbara, making weekend strolls a breeze. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with nice amenities like a pool area surrounded by beautiful greenery for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, but I wish the service had been more organized since I had an issue with the room assignment.

The ambiance is lovely, with a gorgeous pool area that's perfect for lounging. The nearby restaurants are fantastic, and the attentive staff really know how to make you feel welcomed.
A dirty carpet in our room was a disappointment.

Spacious rooms, and no extra charge for the balcony. Ideal for my son and daughter-in-law's 24-night stay. The comfortable bed earned their approval. The ambience of the courtyard was charming, complemented by delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The deep, heated pool was enjoyable, despite the cold. The grounds were picturesque, filled with well-tended plants and inviting fire-pits. the Wi-Fi was unreliable. A big letdown when you need connectivity. The bathroom felt cold, and there was an unwelcome odor upon check-in. The staff interaction was too transactional, lacking warmth. With some improvements, this could be a top-notch destination. For now, a mixed experience.

Spacious room, spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the central courtyard and comfortable separation from pool noise, making it a perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The pool area and staff made a family gathering of 12 enjoyable, with delicious food and attentive service. Rooms were spacious, featuring private patios and easy access to the beautiful, large pool. The lush grounds, with palms and cozy fire-pits, created a relaxed vibe. a frustrating check-in experience involved unclean rooms and poor service follow-up, dampening an otherwise lovely stay. Even with these hiccups, the ambiance and family-friendly setup left a memorable impression, making us eager to return and enjoy the tropical setting again next summer. Parking can get tight on weekends, but we managed to find spaces each time.

Great outdoor pool and free parking. Wi-Fi barely worked though.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The A/C worked great, keeping the temperature just right. the walls were thin. I could hear every sound from the adjoining room, including voices and the TV. The bathroom was outdated, with rusty faucets and ancient tiles. The attached restaurant's food and service were excellent, adding convenience. I enjoyed sitting on our balcony. The pool area was beautiful, though charging meals to the room would be a nice touch. A microwave in the room would also enhance the experience.

Our room was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking a lush courtyard with twinkling fairy lights. The hotel's location near the main street made it convenient for exploring the area. the on-site restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience.
The mattress in our room was old and uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep. the absence of a fridge and microwave in the room was inconvenient, especially for families or guests who wanted to store or heat up food.

So, my experience at Lemon Tree had its ups and downs. Let's start with what I enjoyed - the room had ironing facilities, which was super convenient, and the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping us cool during the hot weather. The sitting area was cozy, and we loved sipping tea on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden furniture. there were some areas that could use a bit of improvement. The room didn't have soundproofing, so we could hear noises from outside. the toiletries provided were minimal, and I wish they had more options. On the bright side, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room clean. We also enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival and took advantage of the tours and ticket assistance offered by the hotel. Lemon Tree has its charm with some lovely amenities, but there are definitely areas where they could step up their game for a more comfortable stay.

The elevator was a nightmare—dark and confusing, it showed us on the wrong floor. Plus, the noise was ridiculous. We could hear our neighbors' late-night bath time, which just shattered any chance of sleep. Totally frustrating experience.

Rooms are spacious and have nice patios. The pool was clean and large, perfect for kids and adults alike.
It wasn't cheap, but worth it for the experience.

I loved the spacious, bright room with a lovely view of the pool. The kids had a blast enjoying the outdoor pool and sun terrace! The friendly staff and vibrant 1960’s vibe added to the charm, making it feel like a little slice of paradise.
Strongly recommend! ❤️🌴

Loved the beautiful landscaping with all the lemon trees around the pool area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The central location was perfect for our needs, with plenty of dining options within walking distance.
The rooms could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. The TV was on the smaller side, making it a bit difficult to see.

spacious - clean rooms with large balconies overlooking a beautiful courtyard. located in a spot with bars - restaurants, and coffee shops. great value for the price, and lots of parking available. they let us modify our reservation - even beyond the policy.

The conference room was perfect for small meetings. The Crocodile Restaurant was a relaxing place to dine. The bar had 2 HD TVs to keep up with favorite events.
Oh, joy, the WiFi was as reliable as a leaking sieve.

The location of Lemon Tree Inn near the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden was perfect for my visit. The recent upgrades also included a spectacular selection of cutting-edge wines from Napa and local wineries, which was a pleasant surprise.
Room needed renovations.

We had a great time at a cozy hotel just a short drive from the center of Santa Barbara. The staff were friendly and gave us helpful tips for getting around and parking. Our ground floor room was clean and overlooked a lovely pool area, perfect for some relaxation. The bar had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also tasty and the staff were attentive. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Santa Barbara.
The only issue we encountered was a leaky toilet in our original room, but the staff quickly relocated us to a new one. However, we did experience a minor inconvenience with the elevator not functioning when we wanted to go downtown.
